Frequently asked questions
Is Dinkhaus free for players?
Yes. Creating an account, browsing courts, and joining the community is free. You only pay for the court time you book.
How do payments work?
All bookings are paid securely online through PayMongo — GCash, cards, and other local methods. You get instant confirmation once payment succeeds.
I own a venue. What do I need to get listed?
Create an account and submit your venue request. Once approved, you get a full management dashboard: schedules, staff, POS, CRM, and analytics.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes — from your dashboard. Cancellations follow each venue's policy (typically a full refund up to 24 hours before your slot).
