2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3. Reservations and Payments
When you book a court through Dinkhaus, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of booking. All payments are processed through our partner, PayMongo. Reservations are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective venue. Dinkhaus is a platform that facilitates bookings; the actual contract for court use is between you and the venue owner.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate any local, state, or national laws
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Harass or harm other players, venue owners, or staff
5. Intellectual Property
The Dinkhaus platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dinkhaus and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dinkhaus and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or your inability to access it. This includes, but is not limited to, any physical injury sustained at a venue booked through our platform.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
